Smith, Ricky G., 55, of Wimauma, lost his 21 year battle with cancer on January 18, 2009. He is survived by his loving family, wife of 32 years, Donna; sons, Jacob (Ashley) Smith and Ryan (Brittney) Smith; mother, Betty Jo Frances Winchester; brother, John "Michael" (Janet) Smith; sister, Debbie (Mark) Courtwright; and mother-in-law, Ann Sweeney. There will be a celebration of Ricky's life on Thursday, January 22, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. A gathering of family and friends will take place one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, cancer.org
