Wiltse, Richard L., 75, of Brandon, passed away on March 19, 2017. Richard proudly served in the US Air Force. He was a successful businessman working in electronics and owned his own business in New York near his childhood home before moving to Florida. While in Florida he went to work with Walt Williams as a waste water installer then moved onto and retired from Hillsborough County Public Schools Sites and Utilities department. He enjoyed working in his shed, fishing, hunting, helping other people and spending time with his grandchildren. Richard is preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Dora; sister, Corrine; brothers, Ray, Bob, and Jerry. Richard is survived by his loving family, wife of 51 years, Faye; daughter, Jennifer (Bill); son, James (Jeannie); and grandchildren, Corey (Jessica), Travis (Kim), Brittany, Andy, Bobby, and Benjamin. He also leaves behind Russ his nephew/brother/best friend and many loving nephews, nieces, friends and neighbors. The family will have a private celebration of Richard's life.
