Richard "Bryon" Seltzer, 50, of Brandon Florida passed away May 31, 2023 at his home. Born November 10, 1972 in Michigan and raised in Brandon, Florida, he graduated from Brandon Senior High School, attended ITT Technical School and received an Electrical Engineering degree. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard L Seltzer; Bryon is survived by wife, Elena Slukhanova, son, Grayson Seltzer, daughter, Emily Seltzer, step daughter, Eva Dorofeeva, mother, Patricia Chandler and sister, Jessica Robertson. Bryon was a very intelligent, resourceful, funny, thoughtful and loving husband, son, father and brother. He loved music, playing the guitar, cooking, family and his many friends. His welcoming smile and charming spirit will be remembered by all who knew him.

Funeral Service for Bryon Seltzer, will be Friday, June 9, 2023 at Serenity Meadows, at  6919 Providence Road, Riverview, FL 33578, from 4:30 pm until 8:00 pm.
