Phillips, Richard Herbert, 74, of Riverview passed away on Tuesday,
June 12, 2012. Born in Greenfield, Massachusetts Mr. Phillips had been
a local resident since 1979. He was a retired Chief Petty Officer in
the United States Navy, and was a member of the American Legion Post
#148 and the Moose Lodge. He enjoyed watching TV. Survivors include his
loving wife of 14 years, Dorothy, daughter, Cynthia Lee Phillips and
his granddaughter, Alyssa. A memorial serve will be held at The
American Legion Post #148, 7240 U.S. Highway 301, Riverview, FL. 33569
on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 1:00 pm. Interment will be at
Serenity Meadows Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to The
