Richard D Norris, III, 34, of Riverview, passed away on October 19, 2020. Ricky was a beloved son, brother and grandson.  He was a kind soul and always willing to help in any way he could.  Ricky loved to travel with the carnival and meet new people. His gentle spirit and contagious smile could brighten anyone's day.  He loved to make people laugh and he never met a stranger.  He has left an unfillable void in our hearts and will greatly be missed.  Richard is survived by his loving family, father, Richard, Jr; mother, Sandra; siblings, Chelsea and Cody; grandfather, Richard, Sr; uncle, Michael.
