Middaugh, Richard L. "Rick", 46, of Tampa, Florida; passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2012. He is survived by his sons, Daniel & Jonathan Middaugh; step-daughters, Victoria Parker and Miranda Goolsby; brother, Randy; aunts, Kay, Barbara, and Debbie; and many friends.
