Hiers, Richard Edwin, 53, of Seffner, passed away on February 28, 2011. Richard was a great guy who is dearly loved by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Leoma Hiers and sister, Shirley. Richard is survived by his loving family, wife of 33 years, Mary; daughter, Jacqulyn Monroe and her husband Craig; son, Richard "Bubby" Hiers; siblings, James, Ann, Fran, Elaine, Roger, Donnie, Terry and Sherry; grandchildren, Christian, Lilly Ann and Nevaeh; and his extended family and many friends. There will be a Celebration of Richard's Life on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the family home, please contact the family for directions.
