Fowler, Richard Wayne 42, of Riverview, passed away on July 27, 2023. A native and life- long resident. Loving Son, Brother and Uncle. He is survived by his parents Steven (Tangie) Fowler Sr. and Pam (Doug) Reed. Brother Steven (Kelly) Fowler Jr., Sisters Melissa Fowler, Tanika Griffin, Talina (Dylan) Jones. Nieces Audrey, Lilee, and Chloe. Nephews Dylhan, Liam, Corbin, and David. Great Nephews Cristobal and Adrian. Grandmother Margret Fowler, Linda Griffin and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Proceeded in death by Paternal Grandfather Samuel Fowler, Maternal Grandmother Elsie Willhite, Niece Rebecca Fowler and Nephew Corey Winbigler, Paternal Grandfather William Griffin Sr.
