Her Mother Lula Willoughby Parker and Father Litton Parker proceeded her in death, She left behind her husband of 45 years Roy Heiney, her Son Roy Jr. and her Daughter Amanda. Regina had 4 Brothers, 3 Sister's, 2 grandchildren Isaiah and Allison
