Bryant, Raymond John, 81, of Riverview, passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2012. Born in Berrien Township, Michigan, Mr. Bryant had been a local resident for 32 years after moving here from Indiana. He proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. A member of the Ruskin V.F.W. Post, Mr. Bryant was a Jack of All Trades who enjoyed learning about space exploration and watching the NASA Channel but his biggest passion was his family. Survivors include his loving wife of 42 years, Mary, his 6 children, Denise Akers, Christine Meli, Raymond Bryant Jr., Richard Bryant, Wayne Bryant, Terri Bryant, 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home on Monday February 13, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at the Patriots Garden at the cemetery.
