O'Steen, Rachel Patricia 35, Senior Client Manager for T. Rowe Price, passed away in Sun City Center, on Wednesday, May 27, 2015. She was born in Gainesville, FL on April 12, 1980 to Ronald and Patricia O'Steen. She is survived by her wife, Valerie O'Steen of Riverview, FL, mother, Patricia O'Steen of Riverview, FL, and father, Ronald (Terri) O'Steen of Ocala, FL and siblings Dana Seymour of Ponte Vedra, FL, Josh O'Steen of Brandon, FL and Brianna O'Steen of Tampa, FL. Rachel was raised in Gainesville, FL and Atlanta, GA. She graduated from Lake Weir High School, Ocala FL in 1998. In 2012, she graduated from the University of Tampa, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree, in Business Management. Rachel was a life coach student at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Following her diagnosis, she decided to become a certified professional coach in order to help others through their own journey. Rachel loved spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed traveling and dining at new restaurants. Rachel's passion for perseverance was shown in the intensity of her relentless fitness training. She gained strength in her focus on faith and pushing herself to the next level. Her devotion to helping others succeed was displayed through coaching. She was a true leader and developer of character. Rachel's genuine smile and pure spirit resonated with everyone she met. Her ability to touch and influence the lives of others around her was beyond unique. Public services will be held for Rachel at Serenity Meadows, 6919 Providence Road, Riverview, FL 33578 on Monday, June 1, 2015 with visitation from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Celebration of Life Service from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm with a reception to follow at The Barn at Winthrop 11319 Bloomingdale Ave. Riverview, FL 33578.
