Otero, Providencia, born in 1928 in Puerto Rico, returned to Heaven on September 17, 2011. A long-time resident of New York, she has lived in Florida since 2005. She is the beloved mother of Elba Rivera; loving grandmother of Janet Rivera Tucker and Bridget Rivera-Abrigo; and cherished great-grandmother of Jade, Pyper, William, Michaela, Michael, Raegan and Lucca. She is survived by her loving family and friends, and will be dearly missed. She is at peace with the Lord.
