Phyllis Louise Seltzer, born June 12,1938 passed away February 2, 2024 peacefully at Melech Hospice House surrounded by family.  Mother of five children: Diana Thompson ,Lancaster, OH, Ricky Seltzer, Brandon FL, Christine (Larry) Ott, Brandon FL, Debra Sullivan, Etna OH, Randy (Tina) Seltzer, Etna OH. Survived by brother Vernon (Sally) Morrison, Alta Loma CA. Grandchildren: Anthony Seltzer, Jennifer Sullivan, Holly Smith, Brandon Ott. Great grandchildren: Lily Seltzer, Kenzie Sullivan, Jensen Crum, Bentley Crum, Violet Smith.

Preceded in death by husband Robert, brothers Glen, Jim and sister Wilma. She was born in Laurelville, Ohio to parents Willis and Maxine Morrison. She graduated from Pickerington High School. Married Robert Seltzer. Lived in Ohio,California and Florida for 26 yrs.
She loved her kids and grandchildren. They were her life. She loved going to the beach, shopping, reading and collecting flamingos and owls. She loved Margaritas. Her favorite flowers were carnations. Her favorite color Pink. She always  sent cards to everyone for every occasion. She was loved so much by everyone. She will be missed dearly.

Private ceremony will be held at Glen Rest Memorial Estates in Reynoldsburg Ohio, in the spring.
