Haladay, Phyllis Elaine (Penny), 74, of Brandon, FL passed away in her sleep August 29, 2010. She was born March 14, 1936, in Peoria, IL to the late Francis and Frances Nauman. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Bill Haladay; brother, Jim Nauman (Winni); sister, Suzanne McEvoy (Frank); daughters, Kimberly Campbell (Pat), Kristen Crawford, Katie Marinoble (Dan) and Kory Skrob (Robert); sons, Andrew (Nissa) and Peter (Kelly); honorary son, Ken White; grandsons, Matthew Campbell (Stephanie) and Robert William Skrob; granddaughters, Erin Campbell (Jose), Emily Crawford and Samantha Skrob; and beloved friend, Maeonia Taylor. Penny was a Registered Nurse for 49 years, earned her BS degree in Nursing from Loyola University, MA degree in Guidance and Counseling from USF, member of Sigma Theta Tau and Phi Kappa Phi. She was a valued member of numerous professional and community service organizations. A rosary will be held on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 promptly at 5:30 pm followed by traditional Irish wake at the family home. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at 10:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Seffner. As an alternate to flowers, contributions may be made to the Homeless Fund at St. Francis.
