Guy, Phillip M., 89, of Riverview passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2011. Born in Dade City, Florida, he was a life long Tampa Bay area resident. Mr. Guy was a retired welding supply salesman and a member of the American Welding Society. For many years he had coached in the Temple Terrace Little League. Mr. Guy had honorably served in the United States Army and his name appears on the Dade City War Memorial along with his late brother John Guy. He enjoyed sports and story telling. Survivors include his son, Gary (Cindy) Guy; two grandchildren, Ryan (Alicia) Guy, Shane Guy and one great-grandson, August Guy. Mr. Guy was preceded in death by his Wife, Margaret Guy and his daughter, Nancy Ann Guy. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 21, 2011 at 12 noon at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Interment will be at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park.
