Chance, Phillip J., 71, passed away on August 14, 2013. Phillip was born in Jamaica and lived in Boston, MA for many years before he retired to Brandon, FL. He is preceded in death by his wife, Marie Chance. Phillip is survived by his loving family, children, Lisa (Steve) Lawson and Craig Chance; siblings, Maisie, Adrian, Madge, Norma, Violet, Carol, Dennis and Kay; grandchildren, Justin and Tiffany and several nieces and nephews. There will be a funeral service on Sunday, August 18, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
