Philip Bryant was born in Maidstone, Kent, UK in 1957. He passed away on October 10, 2020.

Phil was someone who lived life to the full for sure. All those that crossed his path, family, friends, and colleagues will say they are better people for having him in their life.

There was no doubt he was mischievous in a cheeky way; he pushed the boundaries for sure but that made him all the more fun to be around.

His family and friends will have fond memories of his infectious laugh, his love of music, his terrible singing, his warmth, his passion, and his ability to light the room.

A gifted young chef who trained with the best at Westminster technical

College in London, Phil went on to become head chef at several top restaurants in the UK, he managed several hotels before deciding that his future lay in the USA.

Phil loved the Florida lifestyle and embraced the American way, although never forgetting his British roots and thankfully never loosing that British accent.

In his career Phil was dedicated and totally committed to every challenge he faced, there was no second best for him in the hospitality world. He guided so much young talent and left a positive impact on those who met him. For Phil everyone was equal, he would never give up on you if you were willing to work hard.

Phil leaves behind four beautiful girls, Hayley, Leigh, Lauren, and Lisa, who were with him in his final days along with the love of his life Jackie. He was also step father to Michael, Elena and Phillip.

Phil you certainly did it your way, the best way, a shining star to so many. Go fix that hospitality in heaven.
