Porter, Paul Eugene, 47, of Riverview, FL, formerly of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died Saturday, July 27, 2013. He was born on January 14, 1966, in Lynwood, California, the first son of Eugene and Carolyn Porter. Paul married Jodi Hakes of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and lived in Iowa for over 20 years. Paul is survived by his parents, his wife and his son Tyler who lives in Des Moines, Iowa and his daughter Cydney who lives in Cedar Rapids. Paul is also survived by his brothers, Philip of Lake Forrest, California and Perry of Dunedin, FL, and sister, Pamela Mencia of Apollo Beach, FL and his seven nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held for Paul on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
