JACOBS, Paul G., 63 of Riverview passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2008. Paul moved to the area 24 years ago from Chicago. He is survived by: his wife of 37 years, Janet; daughters, Jill Kelpine and Kimberly Perkins; sister, Donna Condon; 2 grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park, 6919 Providence Rd., Riverview, FL. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: LifePath Hospice, 12973 Telecom Parkway, Suite 100, Temple Terrace, FL 33637
