Paul Sebastian Englehardt, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, 81, resident of Valrico, Fl., passed away peacefully on June 24, following an extended stay in the hospital. He was the loving husband of Coleen Englehardt and father to 3 daughters and 2 step-sons.
Born June 11, 1938 in Brooklyn New York, he was the son of George and Theresa (Nitti) Englehardt and grew up with two brothers (George and Richard), and sister (Theresa). Paul served as an MP in the United States Marine Corp before being honorable discharged. He worked throughout his life in food delivery services in New York and Florida. Paul was passionate about his family and loved sharing stories from his past. He was a golf enthusiast and enjoyed watching old black and white movies. His kindness, humor, and hardworking life were examples to all of us.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, George and Theresa; brother, George; son-in-law, Jimmy; sister, Theresa; son-in-law, Andy; brother, Richard. In addition to his loving wife of 36 years, Coleen, he is survived by his children: Debbie, Denise (Louie), Diane (Joe), Thomas (Amanda), Patrick (Brandy), 15 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and numerous extended family members.
A visitation will be held for Paul on Monday, July 1, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Serenity Meadows Memorial Funeral Park, 6919 Providence Road, Riverview, Fl. 33578. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 11AM at St Stephen's Catholic Church, 10118 St. Stephen Circle, Riverview, FL 33569.
Paul will be laid to rest with honors and buried at Serenity Meadows Funeral Memorial Park.
