Patrick L Rumery, Sr. of Valrico, FL passed away peacefully on October 22, 2024. Pat was born in Allegan, MI on April 5, 1949 the son of Jeanette and Weldon Rumery. He graduated from Ferris State University in Michigan. His professional career included safety research at American Motors, manager of Red Lobster restaurants, sold insurance with his father's company, manager of Allegan County Fair, Executive Director of the Michigan Fair Association, fair promoter in Hillsborough County and investor in real estate.


He is survived by his loving family, extended family and friends.

A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, 11/6/24 at 10:30 a.m. at Resurrection Catholic Church, 6819 Krycul Ave., Riverview, FL 33578. There will be a luncheon immediately following at 2709 Washington Rd., Valrico, FL 33594.
