Catena, Patrick F., 92, passed away on October 3, 2015. He moved to Valrico, FL from Middletown, NJ in 2013. Patrick was loved by everyone who knew him; he was a good man who was a pleasure to be around and who was always willing to lend a hand. He is survived by his loving family, wife of 68 years, Lucille, daughters, Mary Rose Catena and Patricia Petro, son-in-law, James Petro, and sister, Anne Galante. There will be a visitation on Thursday, October 8, 2015 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, 6919 Providence Road, Riverview, FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 9, 2015 at 10:00 am at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 5049 Bell Shoals Road, Valrico, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations in Patrick's memory may be made to The Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa, FL or The Melanoma Research Foundation, Washington, DC.
