Patricia "Patty" Stout, 55, passed away on September 30, 2021. She was preceded in death by her father David McComb. Patty is survived by her husband, Joseph Stout; mother, Patricia McComb; brother, Michael McComb; mother-in-law Margaret Schmitt an husband Rudy; Sister-in-law Arzanna Tovar and husband Mario; and nephews, Brian and Alex. Patty had a special love for all her fur and feathered babies.
