Patricia Ann Rowell

Patricia Ann Rowell, née McRae, of Ruskin, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2026, at the age of 85.
Patricia was born on January 1, 1941, in Plant City, Florida, to Donald Calhoun McRae and Carrie Faye McRae. She graduated from Brandon High School in 1958 and went on to build a career in retail at Burdines Department Store.
Patricia cherished the simple pleasures of life. She enjoyed quiet country living, getting lost in a good book, and spending time at the beach. She also loved RV road trips and the opportunity to travel, make memories, and enjoy the beauty of the places she visited. Above all, Patricia treasured her family and the many relationships that enriched her life.
She is survived by her four sons: David Wayne Kelly and his spouse, Ann; Richard Glenn Kelly and his spouse, Yolanda; Martin Allen Kelly; and Arthur Scott Kelly and his spouse, Scott Grace. She is also survived by her sister, Sandra Faye Smith; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Calhoun McRae and Carrie Faye McRae; her first husband, Arthur Ray Kelly, who preceded her in death; and her second husband, Stephen Rowell.
Patricia will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Her love, strength, and the memories she created with those around her will remain in the hearts of her family and all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
