Leonardis, Patricia Ann, 74, of Seffner passed away on March 11, 2013. Born on January 23, 1939 in Newark, New Jersey. Patricia is survived by her loving husband (Bernard - Bernie) of 55 years, 5 children and spouses, 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren. Open Visitation will be on Friday March 15, 2013 from 10am-12pm and 7pm-9pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. A celebration of Patricia's Life will be held at Nativity Catholic Church on Saturday March 16, 2013 at 10:30am. Entombment will take place at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park.
