Patricia Ann (Conklin) Lemanski 64, of Duette, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2025, following a courageous battle with cancer.

Throughout her life, Patty was the heart of her family — a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She and her beloved husband, Jerry Lemanski, built a beautiful life together, raising three children: Shannon, Amber, and Joshua. Their love and partnership extended beyond their home to the creation of their cherished farm in Duette — a place that reflected Patty's nurturing spirit, love of nature, and deep appreciation for community.

Patty and Jerry were blessed with seven grandchildren — Alexis, Colin, Madison, Logan, Lily, Wyatt, and Weston — and great-grandchildren Aubreighann and Austen. They recently welcomed a great-grandson, Trey, who brought immense joy to Patty's final days.

Patty's life was a testament to kindness, perseverance, and grace. She found joy in life's simple moments, caring for her chickens, cows, and the many animals she lovingly took in. She drew strength from her faith and fulfillment from the love she so freely shared with family and friends. Her warmth, laughter, and unwavering generosity will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her and in the home she helped create.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Dry Prairie Baptist Church, 40849 FL-62, Duette, FL 34219. A reception will follow from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Blue Lily Farm, 30902 Taylor Grade Road, Duette, Florida.
