Patricia(Pat) J Cain, from Brandon, Fl passed away on Sunday July 25 ^th .  Pat was born in Ft Lauderdale, Fl on March 17 ^th 1936 and spent most of her childhood in the Daytona Beach area. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all.  Her kind heart and positive attitude were just a few of her amazing attributes.  After graduating from Mainland High School in Daytona Beach she went to work for The Coca Cola Company where she met Bill Cain who would later become her husband of 57 years. During her young adult years Pat was an avid tennis player at Brandon Swim and Tennis Club where she formed lifetime friendships. Pat enjoyed spending time with friends and family camping, working in her yard, traveling to Gatlinburg, doing puzzles and making special memories with her granddaughter Eliana. She could often be found relaxing with her loyal cat, Sadie, sitting on her lap watching Hallmark movies.

She is survived by her sister Ann Ritzi, her daughters Linda Cain, Diane(Chad) McAnally, Karen Ruel(Brandon), granddaughter Eliana Chapman, family friend Sharon Orend and her many nieces and nephews.   Pat is preceded in death by her parents Daniel and Mary Jacobs, husband Bill Cain, brother Daniel Jacobs, brother in law Tom Ritzi, sister-in-law Joan Littlefield and son in law Bradley Ruel.  A Memorial Service will be held at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, Riverview Fl. on Sunday August 1 ^st. at 2:00pm with the family receiving friends one hour prior, from 1:00-2:00PM.  A private burial will follow on Monday, August 2nd.   In lieu of flowers please consider donating in her honor to Humane Society of Tampa or American Heart Association.
