Buchanan, Pat, 70, of Brandon, passed away on August 4, 2017. Pat will be remembered as a selfless, hardworking, patient, silly, and loving husband, father, and friend. He enjoyed working with his plants, photography, playing rummy, cribbage, and scrabble, kayaking, and the family cats. He is preceded in death by his parents Peter Ngoc and Anna Bach, brother, John A Mat. Pat is survived by his loving family, wife of 35 years, Kim Thanh; daughters, Melissa (Trey), Melinda (David), Melanie, and Molly; brothers, John A. Duong, John B. Ngot, and Rev. Paul Nettham; sisters, Anna Ngo, and Marie J Mui. There will be a funeral mass on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at noon at Nativity Catholic Church in Brandon, FL. Pat was a devout Catholic, attending mass every Sunday. Donations to the church may be made in his memory in lieu of flowers.
