Blake, Pansy B., 69, of Brandon, passed away on February 19, 2008. She is survived by her loving family, husband, Merle E. Blake; daughters, Margaret (Brian) Manthe of Camp Hill, PA and Susan (Garry) Scutt of Mt. Vernon, VA; son, Michael (Lori) Blake of Winter Springs, FL; grandchildren, Melissa Blake, Mathew Manthe, Michael Blake, II, Lauren Scutt, Caitlin Manthe and Brooke Scutt; brothers, Hersey Prothro of Mansfield, LA and James Prothro of Lubbock, TX; and sisters, Martha Stewart of Ft. Atkinson, WI, Betty Jean Peterson and Brenda Mason of Mansfield, LA. There will be a gathering of family and friends on Saturday, February 23, 2008 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 25, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. at Horizon Christian Church, 1720 S. St. Cloud Ave, Valrico, FL 33594. Inurnment will follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Horizon Christian Church in honor of Pansy.
