Tamplin, Otto W., 64, of Tampa, passed away on June 3, 2009, He is survived by his loving family, wife, Lolita; sons, Michael and Billy; daughters, Arcely and Elenna; sister, Criss; mother-in-law, Gloria, and an extended loving family. There will be a memorial service on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home with a gathering of family and friends one hour prior.
