Oswald DaCosta Smith, 80, of Riverview Florida passed away on Tuesday, March 28 2023 surrounded by his loving family. Oswald was born on
October 18, 1942 to Randall and Iphancena Smith in the Russells District of St. Elizabeth, Jamaica West Indies. He was born the eldest of three
