Oscar Rosa Rivera Sr, 85, of Tampa, FL, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2020 at St Joseph, Main Hospital in Tampa, FL.  Born on January 3, 1935 in Puerto Rico to the proud parents of Primitivo Rosa & Bernardina Rivera, Oscar was a retired car assembly factory worker.  He moved to Florida in 2007, coming from New York.  He was a Roman Catholic.  Survivors include his beloved wife, Christina Rivera; his three sons: Oscar (Nicole) Rosa Jr, Mickey Lee (Joselyn) Rosa and Caleb (Tia) Rodriguez; his two daughters: Diana (Victor) Trippett & Natalie Rosa; brothers and sisters in Puerto Rico, along with 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Maria Rosa.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at 2:00PM at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home with burial to follow at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to services, from 1:00-2:00PM.
