Nicholas Paul Newlin Jr., 74, passed away January 12, 2020. It was exactly one year to the day since the passing of his beloved wife, Joyce Newlin. He missed her so much.

He was born January 29 ^th , 1945 in Ellensburg, WA to Nicholas P. Newlin Sr. and Iris Newlin. He grew up in a big family, raised alongside four cherished siblings, with creativity and competition abound.

Nick Jr. was a happy, loving soul. Smart and strong. Always trying to make people laugh, Nick didn't mind being the center of attention. He loved his family. He was always ready to either give someone some good advice when they needed it or tell a funny story about his old football days to pass the time. His favorite moments, though, were spent with his love, Joycie, talking, laughing, sitting silently. He will be greatly missed.

Nicholas is survived by his four loving children, Cynthia (Robert) Lowden, Nick (Jennifer) P. Newlin III, Mark (Melodie) Newlin, and Chris Newlin; and five grandchildren, Ashley and Michael Lotito, Vivianna and Rylan Newlin, Alexander Newlin.
