Nemesio and Celina Ruiz, of Brandon, FL, passed away on June 27 and June 29, 2020, respectively. They were both born in Santander Spain and were married in 1953. They moved to the United States in 1968. They are survived by their loving family; children, Javier Ruiz Sr. and his wife Raquel 'Tatica', and Maria Percy and her husband Mel; grandchildren, Javier Ruiz Jr, and Catalina 'Kathy' Rhoden and her husband Chris; and great-grandchildren, Zachary Rhoden and Chantelle Degroff. Services will be private.
