OWENS, M. CARLTON, 63, of Brandon passed away December 8, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Deloris; son, Jonathan Owens and his wife Manuela; and daughter, Valerie Marks and her husband Carl. A Memorial service will be conducted 5:00 pm, Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
