IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Mimi
Armenteros
October 14, 1962 – July 10, 2024
Mimi Armenteros, born on October 14, 1962, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 12, 2024. Mimi's kindness, strength, and unwavering spirit deeply touched us all, leaving an indelible mark on our hearts. She lived a life of selfless love and generosity, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.
Mimi raised two wonderful children, Emnet and Eben, and embraced three stepchildren when she married Jorge. Her family was a testament to her nurturing spirit and boundless love.
Mimi was deeply spiritual and appreciated God's gifts. She would often say, "Look at the flowers, or look at that, isn't God wonderful?" Her curiosity was incredible; she seemed to know something about everything and was very artistic. Most of all, she loved people and would go out of her way to help anyone. She frequently donated to beggars and, if questioned about their intentions, she would respond, "Whatever they do with it is up to them, I have done my deed."
One of Mimi's greatest passions was helping underprivileged children in Ethiopia. Her contributions and commitment were boundless. She started a school in rural communities and made endless donations, dedicating her time and energy to these causes. Mimi frequently visited Ethiopia, and the children always loved seeing her. She would interview the teachers and staff to understand how she could further assist and support their efforts.
She gave to everyone and never expect anything back from the.
In honor of Mimi and her continuing efforts to help less advantaged and orphaned children in Ethiopia, we kindly ask that, instead of sending flowers, baskets, etc. that you consider donating to the GoFundMe fund, which will serve to help the hundreds of kids that she so passionately supported. Mimi, is God's angel on earth, now rests in eternal peace, her spirit watching over us with love and grace. In remembering her, may we find strength and inspiration to continue her legacy of love and kindness.
