Obituary

Michelle Frances Hamilton
March 26, 1996 - May 2, 2024

Michelle Frances Hamilton, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, tragically died at the age of 28 in a traffic accident. Her sudden departure has left a void in the hearts of her family, friends, and co-workers, who will forever cherish the light and joy she brought into their lives.

Born to William F. Hamilton and Marina Muratori, Michelle became a remarkable young woman. She was blessed to have the love and support of her devoted stepmother, Cynthia Hamilton, who helped raise her from an early age. Cynthia's unwavering commitment and guidance significantly shaped Michelle into the exceptional person she became.

Michelle graduated with honors from the University of Florida, showcasing her intelligence, talent, and unwavering dedication. Her infectious smile, quick wit, and boundless generosity touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Michelle's passion for life was evident in her love for travel, her adoration for her pets, and her deep care for others. She was always ready to lend a helping hand, share a heartfelt laugh, or send a touching message. Her grace and love were special, making every moment spent with her a treasured memory.

After earning her degree in criminology, Michelle devoted herself to a career in corrections. Her commitment to the well-being of those in her care was unparalleled, and her success was a testament to her hard work and compassion. She quickly rose to the rank of Sergeant, earning the respect and admiration of her colleagues.

Michelle is survived by her parents, William F. Hamilton and Marina J. Muratori, her stepmother Cynthia Hamilton, and her brother Eric and girlfriend Katherine Holton, brother Kristopher and wife Caitlyn Bach, and sister Keri Anne, her grandparents Gilbert and Mary Muratori, and boyfriend John Harris. She also leaves behind many grieving aunts, uncles, niece, cousins and friends who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

As we mourn the loss of this remarkable young woman, we take comfort in knowing that her spirit will live on through the countless lives she touched. Michelle's legacy of love, laughter, and compassion will forever be a guiding light for those who knew and loved her.
