Michelle Katheryn Giacomaro, age 53, passed away February 2, 2026, at HCA Florida Brandon. She was born June 18, 1972, in Deadwood, SD. She was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas. She is survived by her husband, William Giacomaro of Valrico, FL; children, Fallon Bruce of NC, Hailey Looney of Summerville, SC, and Isabella and Zoey Giacomaro of Valrico, FL; parents, Michael Nevin (Suzanne) of Lead, SD and Sharon Nevin of Summerville, SC; sisters, Kristina Gee (Jayson) of Olympia, WA, Lynette Hodgdon of Moncks Corner, SC, and Megan Bachand (James) of Rapid City, SD; and many nieces and nephews. Michelle served her country in the Air Force from 1993 to 2002, having done a tour in Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Storm. She was an IT professional, which she continued after serving. In recent years, she was a homemaker. Michelle will be remembered for her dedication to her children, hilarious sense of humor, her ability to talk to anyone in the family, love of true crime, and her many hobbies. She will be greatly missed.
