Pizzichetti, Michael, 84, of Apollo Beach, FL, passed away peacefully December 28, 2017. Michael was a loving husband and father who lived his life by the words of the Serenity Prayer. He was devoted to his family and made it his mission to serve and support them in any way possible. Michael proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War, and was a retired member of Boilermakers Union #433 Tampa, FL. Preceded in death by his father-Paola, mother-Maria, brother-Angelo, younger sister-Mary, and niece-Lynnette. Michael is survived by his adoring family: wife of 62 years, Janet Pizzichetti; children, Paul Pizzichetti, Carmela Pizzichetti, Michael Pizzichetti, Teresa Pizzichetti-Benton and son-in-law John Benton; sisters, Ann Carolla and Lena Carpeal; grandchildren, Brielle Benton, Crista Benton, and Joey Pizzichetti; great-grandchild, Aiden Benton, and another on the way; and much loved extended family.
