HEARD, Michael Keith, Sr., 50, of Seffner passed away February 28, 2012. He is survived by his loving family,wife, Norma; children, Ashley, Donna and Michael; and three grandchildren. There will be a memorial service on Sunday 3/4/2012 at 3:00 pm at Oak Park Baptist Church in Tampa.
