Houghton, Michael F., 68, of Brandon, passed away on August 14, 2013. Michael was a member of the Buckhorn Golf Club for several years; he also enjoyed playing Trivia and Scrabble and was a fan of the Red Sox and the Gators. Michael is survived by his loving family, wife of 43 years, Winona; children, Michael (Debbie), Bruce (Valerie), Jeffery, Mark, Vikki (Sam) and Nancy (Bo); cousins, Charles (Rita), John (Jan) and Bobo (Annette); grandchildren, Chris, Ashley, Danielle, Bruce, Jr., Brett, Brandon, Brittany, Brooke, Bradley, Jordan, Nikol, Michelle, Vikki and Kasey; four great-grandchildren; and many friends. There will be a funeral service on Monday, August 19, 2013 at 10:00 am at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, with a visitation one hour prior.
