Williams, Melba, 92, of Gibsonton went to be with the Lord on January 12, 2015. Melba played the piano and the organ for the First Baptist Church of Gibsonton for over 70 years. She retired from Poppell Insurance of Plant City. She was preceded in death by her husband Varnel F. Williams, two daughters Ruby Nell Fernandez, and Judith Sharon Myer. Melba is survived by her son Preston Williams, 8 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. A Memorial service will take place on Monday, January 19, 2015 at 6pm at First Baptist Church of Gibsonton.
