Garcia, Matthew Alfonso, 24, of Riverview passed away on July 2, 2016 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Matt was born in Tampa, Florida on November 11, 1991 to parents Christopher (Jennifer) Garcia and Jamie Van Ness. Matt was a dedicated plumber by trade. Matt loved to fish, watch Bucs football; most of all loved spending time with his family while being the family "prankster". Matt, along with his parents is survived by fianc Jessie, son Jordon, brothers; Bradley Garcia, Anthony Collins, sisters; Ashley Harker, Skylar Van Ness, Mikayla Fulwood, maternal grandparents Charlene Collier, Terry Pride, Kathy Frohock, maternal great grandmother Juanita Yates, uncle Manuel Garcia, aunts; Crystal Garcia, Jessica Garcia, Teresa Pride, Ellen Pride, Jennifer Parker, nephew Rico Romeo Reyes, cousins; Pamela Garcia, Felicia Moed, Carry Moed. A Funeral service will take place on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at 2pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. The family will receive guests one hour prior.
