Mary Jean Stablein, age 69, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2020 surrounded by her family. She was born on January 8, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois to George and Eleanor Sullivan. She married her best friend, Anthony (Tony) James Stablein on June 19, 1981.

More than anything, Mary loved her family and being with her five grandchildren over the last 12 years. She grew up in Worth, Illinois, raised her family in Audubon, New Jersey and Valrico, Florida. Mary was a teacher for 30+ years across all age levels and to countless students. Mary had a passion for reading; enjoyed spending summers down the shore, teaching her children to jitterbug and doing crossword puzzles. Mary and Tony loved travelling together, enjoying the food, drink and experience of what life offered.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her son Ryan Stablein and father-in-Law Philip Stablein. She is survived by her husband Tony, three children and their spouses: Reed (Jess) Stablein, Anthony (Nicole) Stablein and Kate (Luke) Hawkinson; her mother-In-Law Alice Stablein and her two brothers, George and William Sullivan. Mary was a Grandma (Ga) to Alex, Connor, Ryan, Jack and Cameron.
