Mary Ann (Sleyzak) Smith, 48, went home to our Lord on November 1st, 2010 surrounded by her family.

She is survived by her mother, Ellen B. Stanton, Brandon, her Grandchildren Faith Roulette and Dawson Pierce of Brandon, her sister Phoebe Cates, Valrico, Brothers Ed Sleyzak, Valrico and Tim Sleyzak Colorado as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her daughter Karla Ann Smith, her father John E Sleyzak, step-father Charles Joseph Stanton, and her step-mother Evelyn Sleyzak.

Mary Ann worked for the Hillsborough County School System in the food service area. She was a member of St Stephen Catholic Church in Valrico, The Columbiettes #14084 and CHRP #8.

There will be a viewing on November 5th, 2010 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with a prayer service at 7:30 P.M. held at St Stephen Catholic Church, 5049 Bell Shoals Rd, Valrico, Fl. A funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, November 6th, 2010 at the church. Burial will follow at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park
