Mary Kathleen McCreanor passed away on October 11, 2026, at the age of 58.

Mary was a talented landscape designer and project manager in Southwest Florida and the proud owner and operator of Captivating Plant Creations. A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, she earned her degree in Environmental Science and devoted her career to creating beautiful spaces through her love of plants, nature, and design.

Above all, Mary’s greatest joy was being a mother to her beloved daughter, Kayli Ashton McCreanor, who was the absolute light of her life. The love Mary had for Kayli was immeasurable and at the heart of everything she did.

Mary was preceded in death by her mother, Beverly Torchia McCreanor, who passed away in 2004, and her brother, Michael McCreanor, who passed away in 2002.

She is survived by her daughter, Kayli McCreanor and her father, Richard “Dick” McCreanor. Mary will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her creativity, love of nature, and devotion to her daughter will remain a lasting part of her memory.
