Finch, Mary of Brandon passed away on February 13, 2008 at the age of 103. Mary would have been 104 on March 11th.
Mary was predeceased in death by her husband, Arthur M. Finch, who passed away in 1972, and her son, Robert, in 1925. Also by her brothers, Walter and William, and sisters, Sophie and Helen.
Mary was born on March 11, 1904 in New Britain, CT, daughter of Alexander and Rose Andryzeck. Mary lived most of her adult life in Hudson, NY, moving to Brandon in 1987.
Mary is survived by her son and daughter in-law, Art and Olga Finch of Brandon; grandsons Scott Finch of Decatur, GA, and Jeff Finch of Venice, FL, and their wives, Liliana and Tricia, and great-grandchildren Ellie and Sofie of Decatur, and Nicholas of Venice. She is also survived by her sister- in-law, Anna Marie Andryzeck of East Granby, CT, and several nieces and nephews.
Mary was very devoted to her family and friends, always putting them above herself. Mary was a member of Nativity Catholic Church of Brandon, Fl
The family will receive friends between 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. noon today, February 16, 2008 at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home; with a prayer service for the repose of her soul at 12:00 p.m.
