Chapman, Mary Ellen Nelson, 79 of Valrico, Fla., passed away July 6, 2016. Mary was a lifetime member of the Church of the Brethren. She was preceded in Death by her husband, Lawrence Paul Chapman Sr., Her daughter, Sylvia Jean Chapman and her brothers, Billy Lane Nelson and Bennie Lee Nelson Sr. . Mary Is survived by her children, Larry Chapman(Linda), Steve Chapman(Lori) and Ken Chapman(Linda) her siblings, Bette Miller(Jim), Bobby Nelson(Susan), Donald Nelson(Elizabeth) and Linda Griffin(Jerry) as well as 16 grandchildren: Chris Chilcott(Dawn), Denise Howell(Shawn), Jennifer Simms(Randy), Sarah Chapman, Paul Chapman(Stephanie), Scott Boggs(Lois), Casey Chapman, David Boggs(Courtney), Christopher Shaw(Rachel), Patrick Shaw(Traci), Rachel Fox(Josh), Julie Zakar(Dustin), Andrew Thomas, Heather Pace(Marcus), Matthew Chapman, and Andrew Chapman and 19 great grandchildren: Madison Chilcott, Alycea Chilcott, Jacob Howell, Mikayla Chapman, Ryan Simms, Lilian Boggs, Zachary Shaw, Timothy Shaw, Courtney Engbaum, Hailey Engbaum, Annabelle Engbaum, Rylee Shaw, Reagan Shaw, Carina Fox, Rayner Zakar, Alex Mathis, Ashley Ninness, Aaron Green, and Wyatt Chapman. There will be a memorial service at 3:00p.m. Saturday July 16,2016 at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home with a gathering 30 minutes prior.
