Miller, Mary A., 71, of Valrico passed away on August 12, 2014 at Sun City Center Hospice House. She was born on October 27, 1942 in Hope Mills, North Carolina, to the late Curtis Wright Jr., and Myrtle Lee Thomas. During and after retirement Mary spent her life caring for and raising foster kids. She also would take care of friends in their time of need. She loved being with her family. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother. Mary is survived by her husband Robert, mother Myrtle, daughters; Sebrenda Thomas, Selena Thomas, Tawanda Roach, grandchildren; Shaquana Thomas, Damon Thomas, Terrell Pierce, Saniya Thomas, great grandchildren; Markel Gibson and Peytin Gibson, sister Maddie Smith. A Memorial service will take place on Friday August 15, 2014 at 6pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. The family will receive guests from 5:30pm to the start of the service.
