Carpenter, Martha Hernandez, 76, passed away on May 20, 2010. She was a native of Tampa. She was preceded in death by her sons, Raul Cruz and Henry Cruz. Martha is survived by her loving family, husband, Edward W. Carpenter; sons, David Cruz and Edward T. Carpenter; daughters, LaVerne Cruz, Judy Cruz, Diane King, Brenda Ellington, Myriam Cruz Ferrer and Scarlet Carpenter; 10 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
